Use the support modules to:
- Ask questions of which you cannot find the answer in the Twizzit Help Center
- Share ideas or suggestions
- Report a Bug
How does it work?
- Go to Club Settings -> Support tab
- Click the Add button and select the kind of ticket you want to create
- Set the Privacy of the support settings.
- A public support ticket can be seen by everyone who has access to the support module in any organization
- A protected support ticket is only visible to the persons who have access to the support module whithin your organization
- Enter the title and description of your support ticket and click Save.
Your new Support ticket will be treated by our technical team. You can follow the status of the ticket. We strive to answer your questions asap.
