Book a club venue

As a club member, you can book your favorite venue. To do so:

  • Log in to twizzit
  • Open the booking module 
  • Click Add Booking
  • Enter a date, start time and end time 
  • Select the venue and (optionally) select the part of the venue you want to use (in%)
  • Select the attendants in the list
If one of the attendants is not a member of your organization, check the box Non-Member Attending.

 

You will probably receive a confirmation message from your Club Admin to confirm your booking.

Overview bookings

Get an overview of the bookings within your Club. 

  • You can use the Search toolbar to select the bookings
  • Click on the booking to change the status 
If you have no access to change the bookings status, go to the access module or contact your Club Administrator
