New Members

Membership is open to staff working in the European Institutions as well as to their family members or friends. The annual full membership fee is EUR 60 for adults (reduced fee: EUR 25 for EU institution trainees, under 18's and family members of a full paying member).

In order to participate in the activities organized by the CNCE asbl, membership is compulsory. All members automatically become members of the Belgian Sailing Federation FFYB (Fédération Francophone de Yachting Belge) and are thus covered by a sports insurance provided under a contract between FFYB and ETHIAS which is valid for all nautical activities (excluding competitions for which a specific insurance policy is required).

IMPORTANT: Regardless of the time of the year you join the CNCE, membership expires on 31 March of the following year.

Becoming a member implies acceptance and undertaking to comply with the statutes and internal rules of the CNCE asbl.

If you wish to apply to join the CNCE asbl, please fill in the Membership application form. Once completed, you will be asked to pay online. The next step will be to create your "Twizzit" account (a platform used by the CNCE for bookings and other activities), where you will find your application form that you can download. As a last step, we will ask you to send us a signed copy of your form.

Please note that we are a small team of volunteers. Processing your application may take a couple of days during which you will not be able to sign up to CNCE activities yet.

For any further questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

Membership renewal

IMPORTANT: the annual CNCE membership ends on 31 March, independently of the day you joined the club.

If you were a member last year, then it's very simple to renew your membership. All you have to do is complete the Membership renewal form and make your payment online. Thank you! For any further questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

Volunteering with the CNCE

CNCE’s activities are driven by the passion and time dedicated to it by all its volunteers: Board members, BlueOne Management Committee, skippers, Dinghy team, Valk team, lecturers and organisers of activities.

We are building a list of members who are committed to help out with a number of tasks (administrative, financial, boat maintenance, communication, event organisation).
